DONATE TO SUPPORT MUSIC EDUCATION

Every dollar raised goes where it is needed: into school music programs across Washington. Into instruments, into classrooms, into the hands of children waiting for someone to say, “You deserve this opportunity too.”
When funding disappears, music disappears with it. The band gets smaller, the instruments get older, and a child who might have found confidence or a place to belong never gets the chance.

Aaron Nix, Wapato School District

"Thanks to this grant, we have spent the whole year looking at high school literature in 3 and 4 parts for contest, festivals, and pops series performances. We have been able to develop a music library that will happily sustain a 4-year long rotation of literature so that students continuously see new material."

 Instruments to Donate?

MANW does not accept musical instruments because we have no way of repairing or distributing them. If you have an instrument to donate to a student in need, even one needing slight repair, please contact: Music4Life (music4life.org), Seattle JazzEd (instruments@seattlejazzed.org, 206-324-JAZZ), or Ted Brown Music Outreach (tbmoutreach.org), with locations in Seattle, Tacoma, Richland, Yakima, Silverdale, and Puyallup.
